Can you repair a small hole?
Often, yes. We assess the fabric, location and size of the damage before confirming the most suitable repair.
Can you replace a zip on the same visit?
Most repairs are collected later. Simple fixes may be quicker, but we will confirm timing when we inspect the garment.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours. Calling ahead is helpful for complex or specialist repairs.
